The Moto Dirt Bike Hand guards by G2 Ergonomics are the best value in open-ended dirt bike hand guards on the market! Whether you race motocross, desert or GNCC/cross country, you will appreciate the less restrictive feel of these open-ended “flag” style handguards. The stylish plastic shields look great while offering hand protection from flying debris!
These guards have burley CNC machined aluminum mounts – not wimpy plastic mounts like other guards of this price range! In addition, the mounts have Teflon bushings that allow the mount to rotate on the handlebar – instead of breaking/bending – in the even of a wipe out. The mounts are bead blasted and anodized black for lasting great looks! The plastic injected shields have a contoured design that adds more rigidity than other brands. These guards deflect moto roost just as well as small branches on the trail!

Best mounting bracket out there
I’m not impressed with the plastic guard though. They look good but are way too flimsy, even for MX. I will be adding a 3/16” x 1” flat plastic support brace inside to help with strength since I ride Enduro/Hare Scrambles. My first idea was 1/8”x 1”aluminum but it bends on hard impacts of course. Plastic will work better.
